There is a $50 non-refundable deposit on all bookings. This will hold your date for rental. This amount will be credited toward your rent.

A security deposit of $200 is required when the keys are picked up. If the building is not damaged and is left as it was found, the security deposit will be returned.

All rentals include the day before to set up unless an event is already scheduled. If rented more than one day, the fee is $100 per extra day.
