There is a $250 security deposit to insure that the building or grounds are not damaged and that the manure is cleaned up and placed in the designated area. This will be returned when these rules are met. The rental includes the day before the event to set up if the building is not already rented. These building are available for rent only for the months of April thru Ocotber.
