General Terms

Cancellation Policy
- Processing fee is required for all reservations.
- The person registered will be responsible for the condition of the campsite.
- Reservations are not refundable for any reason.
- We reserve the right to not renew a booking to any guest who has not arranged for all of their dates in advance. We will do our best to move guests to the next best available site (if necessary).
- Rates are only guaranteed at the time of booking and are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes made to your reservation after it has been confirmed may result in higher rates.

Cancellation Policy
- Online Reservation are paid 100% at the time of booking. No refunds.
- No Show policy- Guests failing to cancel their reservation within the required time will be considered a no show and subject to the same cancellation policy as listed above.
- Walk up only sites may be occupied for a maximum of 14 days and fees should be deposited in the box no less than a daily basis.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
- The number of camping units per site is one camper and one tent with no more than two vehicles. This includes the tow vehicle. Guests should park additional vehicles in the field south of the campground.
- All garbage and litter must be deposited in the dumpster and not in fire pits. Please bag all garbage.
- Campsites should be clean and neat, free of fire hazards and clutter.
- Customers shall not make any alteration to the electric, water or sewer connections at the campground.
- Customers should adhere to specific legal requirements when connecting to sewer, water and electric services at the campground/resort.
- No extra air conditioners, wires, hoses, or cords running except through the OEM port.
- Report issues with utilities at your campsite to the camp host or fair office.
- Sanitary dumps are available at designated areas for registered camper usage only.
- All alleys and drives throughout the campground must be clear and accessible to traffic and EMS vehicles.
- Speed Limit in the Camping area is 5 MPH.
- Biking is not allowed in the campgrounds after dark.
- Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings (please do not move fire rings) If you campsite does not have a fire ring, you may have an above ground fire ring.
- Campers must camp only in those places specifically provided or marked.
- Quads that are not registered for the road may not be used on the grounds. This includes dirt bikes. Golf carts are acceptable only within the campground.
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted in the campground only, but intoxication will not be tolerated.
- Be respectful of occupied sites.
- No smoking in the restrooms.
- We are not responsible in case of the theft of a camper/tent or contents thereof.
- We are not responsible for any damage caused by natural causes nor spoilage of food caused by power outages.
- Management reserves the right to call law enforcement and ask for immediate removal of campers. No refunds will be offered.
- Pets are welcome in the campground but should be kept on leashes (six-foot maximum length or inside the camper).
- Pets may not be left unattended at a campsite.
- Pets are not allowed in the campground restroom or in the gated area of the fairgrounds.
- Bring waste bags to pick up after your pet.
- Excessive barking will not be tolerated.
- No dangerous, aggressive or poisonous pets of any kind are permitted.
- Management reserves the right to reject any pet.
- Pets shall be up to date on rabies vaccinations id tag with owner’s phone number attached to the collar.
- Pet owners must clean up after their pets.
- Pets should not be an annoyance, or a danger to the other occupants or visitors of the campground.
- The campground shall have no liability to family members or guests for any damage or injury to persons or property caused by any pet.
- No illegal, or offensive activities shall be conducted at any site, nor shall anything be done within the campground which is or could become an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighboring sites.
- Firearms and Fireworks are prohibited in the campground.
- We will not tolerate abusive or disruptive behavior whether directed at management or other persons.
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings, including restrooms. Smoking material must be extinguished in an appropriate fire container.
- Disorderly Persons, The following are grounds for reservation termination and removal from the property: loud noise, whether mechanical, musical or vocal, use of foul or indecent language, causing damage to property of the campground or another person, drunken disorderly conduct, failing to follow rules, failing to follow directions of the property staff, threatening or abusive behavior or any other conduct that is not the type of behavior that is expected at a family campground.
- No camper or vehicle repairs/remodeling in the campgrounds.
- Customers are responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to persons, caused by the guest or his or her family, visitor or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or campground/resort facilities, including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, cable lines, landscaping, and excessive debris (bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts, etc.).
- By October 15th all campers must be approved by winter stay
- Must be a fully winterized camper (heated pipes, etc.)
- Must have a working toilet (as the bathroom and shower house will be closed)
- Camper is responsible for ensuring hookups to the hydrant are insulated. If they hydrant freezes, you will be responsible to pay for replacing it.
- By accepting a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these rules and that: you are 18+ years of age and personally staying on the campsite that has been reserved.
