Rental Rates            
Weekend Daily Rate (Friday - Sunday)                $700/Day                 
Weekday Daily Rate (Monday - Thursday)           $350/Day

Additional Days
If you wish to rent the building for additional days for your event the cost is $150 per day. 

Example: Three Day Event
Day One = $700
Day Two = $150
Day Three = $150
Total Cost = $1,000

Reservations

Additional Rental Information
60% of the total rental is the non-refundable deposit on all bookings.
​The deposit is non-refundable on weekend bookings
This will hold your date for rental.
This amount will be credited toward your rent. A security deposit of $500 is required when the keys are picked up.  If the building is not damaged and is left as it was found, the security deposit will be returned.
