Indoor Arena         
Weekend Daily Rate (Friday - Sunday)                   $150/Day  
Weekday Daily Rate (Monday - Thursday)            $100/Day
        $100 for additional Days

Outdoor Arena
Weekend Daily Rate (Friday - Sunday)                  $100/Day   
Weekday Daily Rate (Monday - Thursday)           $50/Day
           $50 for additional Days

Reservations
The Community Building is available for use anytime except during the fair (mid-week in July).  To reserve the Community Building for your next event contact the Boone County Fairgrounds - Fair Manager at (515) 432-5899 or by email boonecountyfairgrounds@gmail.com

Additional Rental Information
There is a $100 non-refundable deposit on all bookings.
This will hold your date for rental.
This amount will be credited toward your rent. A security deposit of $500 is required when the keys are picked up.  If the building is not damaged and is left as it was found, the security deposit will be returned.
