Reservations
The Community Building is available for use anytime except during the fair (mid-week in July).  To reserve the Community Building for your next event contact the Boone County Fairgrounds - Fair Manager at (515) 432-5899 or by email [email protected]

Additional Rental Information
60% of the total rental is the non-refundable deposit on all bookings.
​This will hold your date for rental.
This amount will be credited toward your rent. A security deposit of $500 is required when the keys are picked up.  If the building is not damaged and is left as it was found, the security deposit will be returned.
