Livestock Buildings

The Boone County Fairgrounds has several livestock buildings that are great for many events.  Pens are not permanent in the livestock buildings, and therefore they are taken down when not in use.  All livestock buildings have large doors for ease of moving in and out trailers, equipment, etc.  These buildings are available for rent April - October.  Click the events tab above to check the availability of renting the livestock buildings.

Additional Days
If you wish to rent the building for additional days for your event the cost is as follows:

$100 for additional days for the following buildings:

$50 for additional days for the following buildings:
Sheep Building

Additional Rental Information
60% of the total rental is the non-refundable deposit on all bookings.
​This will hold your date for rental.
This amount will be credited toward your rent. A security deposit of $500 is required when the keys are picked up.  If the building is not damaged and is left as it was found, the security deposit will be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse anyone
