     (set up and tear down is the renters responsibility.  The fair board will set       up and tear down for an additional charge of $250)

Rental Rates
Commercial Exhibits Building                 
Weekend Daily Rental Rate (Friday - Sunday)         $300/Day
Weekday Daily Rental Rate (Monday - Thursday)  $200/Day


Additional Days
If you wish to rent the building for additional days for your event the cost is $100 per day. 

Example: Three Day Event
Day One = $300
Day Two = $100
Day Three = $100
Total Cost = $500

Reservations

Additional Rental Information
60% of the total rental is the non-refundable deposit on all bookings.
​This will hold your date for rental.
This amount will be credited toward your rent. A security deposit of $500 is required when the keys are picked up.  If the building is not damaged and is left as it was found, the security deposit will be returned.

We reserve the right to refuse anyone
