Great for office meetings, non profit events, small parties, the meeting rooms are located in the Community Building just across from the restrooms. There is a mobile wall separating the two rooms, therefore they could be opened up to make one large room. Click the events tab above to check the availability of the meeting rooms.

Reservations The Meeting Rooms are available for use anytime except during the fair (mid-week in July). To reserve a Meeting Room for your next event contact the Boone County Fairgrounds - Fair Manager at (515) 432-5899 or by email boonecountyfairgrounds@gmail.com Additional Rental Information 60% of the total rental is the non-refundable deposit on all bookings. This will hold your date for rental. This amount will be credited toward your rent. A security deposit of $500 is required when the keys are picked up. If the building is not damaged and is left as it was found, the security deposit will be returned. We reserve the right to refuse anyone. |
